Bio
KT comes from a theatrical family background. Her mother Linda was a Dance teacher with her own theatre school in the UK. Her father Peter has been a school Deputy Head and recently retired after teaching Maths at the prestigious Italia Conti Theatre School and is a also skilled pianist and composer. Her grandmother Gwen was a concert pianist and her brother Matthew James Thomas also lives in New York and is an actor.
Having performed since a young age and always loved having music continuously in her life she was awarded at 18 a government Dance and Drama scholarship at Italia Conti in Barbican, London where she graduated as Head Girl and gained high marks throughout her years as a student.
KT has experienced some wonderful performance opportunities in the UK but decided she wanted to push her boundaries further both as an artist and as an individual.
So in 2013 KT moved to NYC after being awarded a scholarship to study at The New York Film Academy and has never looked back since. She loves the drive and electricity NYC seems to have and the fact there is always something new to discover and witness every day.
Being right in the heart of the city and having Broadway within walking distance KT has already experienced some great performance ventures and hopes to continue building and making fans of her work whilst she loves to create every day.
KT's love for her "I Can.... I Will" mentality, her quirkiness and occasional British sarcasm keep her passionately striving to achieve new goals within the industry and her own individual craft as an all round performer.
